About
Jared earned his B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah. Jared went on to earn a MBA from Boise State University.
Jared Bauer is the co-founder and CEO of Seek Labs Inc. Jared also serves as the Chairman of the Board of BioHive, where he is leading an effort to brand the Utah Life Science community and expand its global reach. Jared also serves as CEO of IONIQ Sciences and as a member of BioUtah’s Board of Directors.
In 2012, Jared founded Exuro Medical and acquired BurnFree Products. In just two years, with a focus on sustainable revenue generation, he led the Exuro Medical team to expand BurnFree distribution to 58 countries, managing regulatory processes, re-working quality systems, and making BurnFree the second-largest burn treatment product line in the world. Jared previously served as an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship at Ensign College.
Jared founded Seek Labs because he is passionate about researching and innovating healthcare solutions that positively impact global health. Jared also wanted to run a company driven by values that prioritized innovation, research, and community engagement.
Jared is deeply passionate about giving back to the community. Jared currently serves as a trustee for The Oliver Fund, a 501c3 non-profit he co-founded with his wife, Sarah.
About
Faith Chamas is a medical technology leader with experience spanning product design, commercialization, manufacturing scale, and organizational capability development across Class II and III interventional therapies. She has held impactful roles at Stryker, Medtronic, CR Bard, BD, and Confluent, developing deep expertise across the full product lifecycle—from translating Voice of Customer (VOC) insights into differentiated technologies to guiding validation, commercialization, and sustained market performance.
Faith is recognized for building and leading multidisciplinary teams that bridge technical innovation with clinical and business strategy. Her experience spans upstream market analysis, new product development, and commercialization planning, where she aligns engineering decisions with portfolio growth and patient-focused outcomes. Her development portfolio includes atherectomy systems, embolization technologies, stents, drug-coated balloons, and catheter-based delivery platforms, and she holds patents supporting innovation in the peripheral vascular space.
In her current leadership role, Faith focuses on developing technical capabilities and talent within product development organizations. She leads teams responsible for advancing process readiness and commercialization execution, including establishing novel catheter technologies as a strategic in-house competency. She is passionate about mentoring technical and program leaders, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and building scalable development frameworks that accelerate innovation and manufacturing readiness.
Faith is energized by opportunities to solve complex organizational challenges, integrate emerging technologies into product development strategies, and partner across engineering, clinical, and commercial functions to advance therapies that improve patient care.
