Sarah Brown serves as program lead for BioHive’s Returnship Initiative, supporting professionals re-entering Utah’s life sciences workforce.

She is also an Events & Employee Recognition Specialist at ARUP Laboratories, bringing a people-first perspective that strengthens BioHive’s mission.
